I was hiking in the mountains last summer and stressed my knees beyond their abilities. My hope was that they would heal themselves when I returned home. Not so. My physician said surgery was an option. I chose to visit Susan for reflexology treatments instead. After the first treatment I noticed improvement. My knees responded slowly but steadily for 3 months. Two days before departing for my next mountain hiking vacation, my knees were void of all pain! For six weeks now, hiking up and down and around mountains, my knees are strong and pain-free!
